ARTE SURFSIDE BY ANTONIO CITTERIO MODEL RESIDENCE

At Miami’s coveted Surfside shoreline, Arte introduces an intimate collection of just 16 exquisitely finished oceanfront residences, marking the first United States project by the celebrated Italian architecture and design partnership of Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel.

The model residence was conceived in collab with furniture company Artefacto as a strategic investment tool, designed to accelerate sales velocity and elevate perceived value, ultimately driving stronger returns. The set design operates as both atmosphere and asset: a restrained palette, tactile layers, and precisely curated furnishings echo the tones of sand, limestone, and sea, creating a seamless dialogue between interior and horizon.

The project translates architectural excellence into an aspirational lifestyle, positioning the residence not only as a home, but as a compelling real estate opportunity.
